Projects:

We guide school board members, administrators, department heads, staff, and classroom teachers with measures to improve energy efficiency and regulations requirements.

Focus of our services is directed toward electric, natural gas, LP, water and waste water utilities.

Utility usage volumes and cost amounts are tabulated in a custom report format.  Utility meter locations are checked against site plans and AutoCAD files or digitized blueprints are updated.  Building gross square footage is added and the sites Fiscal Years electrical operating cost, per kWh, per square foot, average daily costs and average daily usage volumes are determined.

Blueprint files and selected reports are used with a free or licensed Geographical Information Systems (GIS) database and mapping application to meet Local, State or Federal regulations and School District Governing Board Policy requirements.
